Your satisfaction is of absolute importance to us so if you are not satisfied with any product or have any concerns please contact us. If a product is faulty or arrives to you in poor condition we will happily replace or refund. Please contact within 14 days of delivery to make arrangements.

We respect your privacy and never sell, distribute or share your information with any third party. We collect and keep your information strictly confidential. If you have subscribed to our monthly e-newsletter we will email you with products, advice and information relevant to our products or skin care philosophy. If you wish to stop receiving our e-newsletter, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list anytime.

orders

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day. We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed, and then another to let you know when your product has been dispatched.

We use a secure payment gateway. You will be required to enter your payment details every time you order as your details are not stored. And your financial information is never shared. We use DPS (Payment express) for safe transactions with VISA and MasterCard. Your information remains totally confidential. Your payment is secure.
